Kellen Milad (@movement.parallels.life) is the Founder of Movement Parallels Life, which blends physical, mental, and emotional fitness through organic movement and a holistic/integrative approach. He also works as a team instructor for MovNat, a global fitness company that promotes fitness via natural movements. Kellen has a degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with continued education in movement and nutrition.

In this interview, Kellen talks about his journey, transitioning from the psychology world into fitness and movement, starting his own business, and creating a balanced lifestyle for himself and others which is unique to the individual.
