Dave Dunham is a fitness and mental health advocate, and the founder and owner of 7Wholeness, a business dedicated to developing people from a fitness and lifestyle perspective, as well as Wired Ripple, which promotes the positive actions and leadership of amazing humans. We dive into the daily process of managing our own mental health, as well as empathizing with people in regards issues and pressures we feel on a daily basis.
